Micael and I took an exhausting but epic month-long road trip from New York City all the way to Key West, Florida. One of our most memorable stops was at Baker's Cay Resort in Key Largo, Florida--a hotel that's part of Hilton's Curio Collection. The drive from Miami to Baker's Cay was breathtaking. You're on a single-lane road surrounded on all sides by turquoise water as you cruise along this coral cay archipelago. Upon arrival, you're surrounded by lush tropical trees--you almost feel a bit off the beaten path. The hotel features a tropical design aesthetic and whimsical marine-inspired décor.
